Refunds are available within 14 calendar days of purchase for eligible course plans. Only users who have not completed more than 25% of the course may qualify. Requests outside this timeframe will be reviewed individually. All refund decisions are final.

To request a refund, send an email to our support team with your full name, order date, and reason. We aim to respond within 5 business days. If the request meets the eligibility criteria, a full refund will be processed. Refunds are made to the original payment method only.
4. Processing Time
Refunds are typically processed within 7 business days of approval. Delays may occur depending on your bank or payment provider. We will notify you when the refund is confirmed. Please note that we do not charge additional processing fees.
5. Exceptions
Refunds are not granted for completed or heavily consumed courses. Accessing downloadable materials may also limit refund eligibility. Special promotional offers may include non-refundable terms, which are stated at purchase. Technical issues must be reported promptly to be considered.
6. Cancellation of Services
You may cancel your course access at any time, but refunds follow the conditions above. Cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund. All recurring plans can be terminated through your user account settings. Future billing will stop once cancellation is confirmed.
